Office Manager

OncoHost is looking for an Office Manager to join our company for a full-time, on-site position – maternity leave replacement.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office maintenance and logistics
  • Assistant to the CEO – calendar management, expenses, flights
  • Support Head of HR with various activities
  • Support travel-related operations
  • Liaise with senior managers and PAs abroad
  • Support CFO/financial controller on invoice management
  • Additional projects/activities as required

Requirements:

  • B.A graduate
  • 3 years of experience in supporting senior management administration
  • Confidentiality – a must
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills, service orientation
  • Availability to work with USA time zone
  • Proficiency with MS office
