OncoHost is a technology company headquartered in Binyamina, Israel, and Cary, North Carolina, transforming the approach to precision medicine for improved patient outcomes. Our proprietary platform, PROphet®, is a plasma-based proteomic pattern analysis tool whose initial offering in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) uses a single blood sample to guide first-line immunotherapy decision-making.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director based in Florida to develop and manage business accounts. The RSD will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong service orientation, capable of solving complex problems in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for creating a business plan focused on building and maintaining key relationships and developing comprehensive contact and account records. Candidates should have proven oncology sales experience, preferably in lung cancer, and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced startup. Collaboration across all company divisions and a commitment to balancing team and individual priorities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deepen your understanding of the cancer patient journey and how our products support patients at every stage.
- Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, leveraging your technical expertise to drive actions that enhance patient access and product utilization.
- Become a subject matter expert by mastering OncoHost’s products, services, and their role in precision oncology.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Establish and manage relationships with major cancer centers, employing a strategic top-down approach to business development.
- Plan and lead meetings, advisory boards, and similar events to advance company objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance sales processes and add value to existing methods.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous growth and success within the sales division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; fields of study in science, biomedical, business, or marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in oncology sales.
- At least 2 years’ experience in diagnostic oncology sales (preferred).
- Experience working in a startup environment (a plus).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including report development and utilization.
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent conversational skills.
Additional Details:
- This role requires frequent travel to accounts and conventions, including overnight stays. A valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and access to a vehicle for work purposes are mandatory.
